PlaySync Privacy Policy

PlaySync helps club organisers run tennis, padel and pickleball tournaments, social events and box leagues. This policy explains what happens to the information you put into the app.

We don't collect your data

Everything you enter into PlaySync, including events, player names, scores and settings, is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. PlaySync has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it doesn't connect to the internet.

Player names

As an organiser you may enter the names of the people taking part in your events. Those names stay on your device. Please only enter details you have your players' agreement to use for running the event.

Sharing results

If you choose to share a tournament's results summary, PlaySync hands the text to your device's share sheet and you pick where it goes, such as Messages or WhatsApp. That app's own privacy policy then applies. PlaySync never shares anything without you asking it to.

Deleting your data

You can delete any event inside the app. Deleting PlaySync from your device removes all of its data.

Children

PlaySync is a tool for event organisers and isn't directed at children.

Changes

If a future version works differently, for example by adding online syncing, we'll update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
